We’ve worked in both single‑family and multifamily real estate, sat in meetings where everyone was “fine” on the outside and quietly drowning on the inside.
We remember praying, “Lord, can you help make this click for me?”
When we say we get it, it’s because we’ve lived it, the late-night worry, ownership calls, nonstop email notifications, and that
sinking “maybe it’s just me” feeling.
